(Note: Please excuse any typos, multiple keys are not responding)

My keyboard recently and apparently sporadically de\/eloped an issue with se\/eral keys. I can not determine any reason for this failure; I'\/e used this keyboard for approximately a year now with little problems. I belie\/e I was running a game I ha\/e had installed for around fi\/e years or so now when the problem occured; I'm using a USB keyboard, a Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000. I already tried rebooting in safe mode, uninstalling the keyboard, rebooting and reinstalling it with no success. Is there anything else I can try?

I would use another keyboard to test if it is a software or hardware issue.

If there is a listing for the keyboard software in Add/Remove programs, try uninstalling and reinstalling it (check the CD that came with it for any diagnostic or repair options). Check under Regional Settings and Keyboard in Control Panel (change it to another setting, reboot, then back to standard).
