Keep being unregistered...

    Hi:

    At first, all seems ok...

    At the home page, I enter my username and password, as usual. I'm "redirected" successfully and can see the "Welcome: kewl2cu" thingy near the top, righthand side.

    However, when I click on a Forum choice (say, "Windows XP ") in the lists on the lefthand pane... I get there, but am informed I'm a guest and am invited to register. So, I re-enter my username and password and I'm now kewl2cu in the Windows XP section.

    But if I make another Forum choice from there... same again: I become a guest and need to re-re-enter my username and password...

    It doesn't make any difference whether I click the "Remember me" box or not.

    Any ideas, please? :)

    Which Browser are you using?

    The log in info is stored in cookies on your machine. Do you use any type of blocking software?

    Hi,

    You might have software that blocks the BBS cookie (this may include "privacy "-type software & firewalls like Zone Alarm).

    You'll need to accept the WindowsBBS.com cookie to be able to user the site.
