introduction

hi how is everyone..i,m pleased that i have signed up but i,m certainly away
from solving my problem with windows or maybe i,m not. just to let you
know i,m not a prov on computers although i,ve used them for a long time
since 1998 to be exact..i want to say hello to everyone and hope you can help me out if i make mistakes along the way. my original problem was to find out why my computer will not shutdown or restart properly. anyways i know this needs to go through another posting
