Internet usuage

    Hi all

    Is there such a program out there that can show you what program or update is running on internet. I was online gaming last night and my ping jumped to around 800 instead of the usual 60. I knew my computer was updating but couldnt tell which program or update it was so I could stop it. It is annoying when you are just about to blow someones head off and then you lag and get killed yourself ;-).

    Any help is much appreciated

    P.S I have ADSL

    Personal firewalls can show the program that is accessing the net (not Windows firewall).
