Internet Explorer Pictures

Hey,
I'm trying to help a coworker who get's some but not all of the graphic's (pictures) in Internet Explorer. The sysop here blames it on the computer? I checked the security tab settings in Internet options and it was on "custom" so I had her try it on "default" but that didn't help. We refreshed the page a few times but for some reason only some of the pictures show up? The rest have a box with a red square in it.

Anybody know how to fix it?

What happens if she right clicks on the red X and then Show Pictures? I see that you have already tried the Refresh button and understood that helped some of the time. If either of those work, then the problem is with the server and there is not much that can be done.
You say this happens only with some pictures. Could she have a Restricted sites list? Or even a HOSTS file? (Not Hosts.sam, just HOSTS.)
RedX's could have many reasons, and therefore many solutions, so post back if the above has not helped.
P.S. Right click on some of those RedX's, then Properties. If the Address line indicates the underlying image is an advertisement, perhaps it is not worth fixing??
