Internet EXPlorer 5.5

Cannot access detailed Bank info, Page will come up to access any of the detailed info on my bank page. I can do it on all other computers but one. I checked all the settings that I know of to change but just cannot seen to fix it . Any advice would be appreciated. Maybe Javescript ???

GENII--If you have the SP2 for !E5.5 you should have the 128 bit cipher strength encryption (which many sites, like banks, require). But you should check. IE Toolbar, Help|About Internet Explorer. What does it say for Cipher Strength? If less than 128, usually that line in About Internet Explorer will be an active link to permit connecting to MS's site for upgrading. If not, go here
