When i do scan with Noadware sypware i get a few parasites. Instant Access Dilaer, Tracking cookie & e-Group.

Can anyone help me in destroying it as its supposedly a severe threat

Noadware is a fake antispyware program. I suggest you get rid of it. Download and install both Spybot and Ad-aware from my signature. Immediately check for updates and run both programs. Fix whatever Spybot finds and prechecks for removal, and everything that Ad-aware finds. Do an online virus scan with RAV. If any files are infected, click the report button then copy and paste it here, along with a HijackThis log.
