InstallShield

A very puzzling situation occurs when I try to install a program which uses InstallShield: the dialogue box is too small to display all of the instructions and the fields which need to be completed (name, position, serial number). I can't see the buttons (back, cancel, accept or OK) either. This makes installing quite a problem and I can't find any solutions at Microsoft or InstallShield sites. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanx -Jesse

 

Try lower screen resolution.

 

Hi, I've tried several resolutions but this doesn't resolve the problem. Other installers seem to work fine. -James

 

Sounds, then, like the people who wrote the probram are the ones who fouled up.
