Installs/uninstalls not working!

For a while now nearly all my installs and uninstalls have failed to work. Sometimes they say insufficient disc space and other times they just say error or the screen just blinks and nothing happens.

I have 25GB disc space left on my c: drive and deleting stuff from there makes no difference.

Does anyone have any ideas - do installs use a temp space or somewhere that is full?

I have deleted all the files as instructed.....there were alot! Installs / uninstalls still complaining of a lack of disc space though.....
