installing software problem

    I cannot install software (Nero or Easy CD v5)
    After Install Sheild starts it runs up to "Install sheild is configuring... "
    and then it dissappears and nothing else happens.
    Can someone please help !!?

    Try:
    1. Deleting all files/folders in \Windows\Temp

    2. Deleting the folder \Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield

    3. Disabling your Antivirus.
