Installing OS

    I am about to do a clean install of my xp pro. What I would like to ask is that after i finalise the installation, what is the ideal order to install the following: AV, Firewall, Cable Modem Driver & Spyware Tools ?

    I thought i would go in order as listed above, however, i prefer asking for the second opinion ?

    Install your motherboard and video drivers first. Next make sure you have a firewall up and running. You could now install the AV and modem drivers. Connect to the Internet and download the updates needed. After this is completed install the rest.
