    Hi all,
My son has an old Compaq EVO 620 and it only has 512 mb ram. He downloaded a game and wants to play it, but he gets an error telling him: not enough virtual memory.
Is there a way to increase the virtual memory?

    Running windows XP pro.
    Thanks

Maybe you'd want to share your solution with others who might run into the same situation?

I just had a customer have this problem with IE. I have not been able to visit him yet but I was told I should take the slider and set it to 4 Gigs. He has a total of 2 Gigabytes physically.

Would setting it to 4 help or should Windows manage it automatically. He is on XP SP-3

Hi flynempire. Just let Windows automatically manage the amount of virtual memory. There is no need to adjust it manually.
