I observeed that in mail folder path i can see some *.msf & *.snm and some blank files.
I tried even in outlook express, outlook but no solution.
Itried even renaming snm file to blank and blank to snm. but I can see the folder list in mailbox but no messages my folder size is around 600 mb in diffrent files.

Did you do the importing using the Tools|Import from the 7.1 mail?
It should work that way .snm are the header files of 4.x and .msf are the counterparts in 7.x., and they should not appear on the hard drive side by side.
In my experience, the best way has been to copy the file with no attachment from one mail, and paste it in the other mail account, after setting up the account first. The Inbox and Sent files of 4.7 should be renamed, and the renamed file should be copy/pasted.
Please be more specific about your statement of 600 MB in different files.
My description was for a single account with a single mail file. Renamed file become inactive, i.e. do not get any more new mail.
If what I am saying is not clear, please refer to the mail part of creating a new profile
