I removed a program for VoIP by Vtech from my computer, however there are still components from it that it indicates I must remove manually, but the website does not tell me how. It still tries to load or run everytime I sign in & I do not have VoIP.
This is the message that I get:
"IMLiveUpdate component 'MSWINSCK.OCX' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered. A file is missing or invalid. "

    Which Operating System?

Click on Start->Run and type MSCONFIG
Look in the startup tab for anything related to Voip and uncheck it.

Thank you Steve, I was able to resolve this issue with an action from another issue, when I ran CCleaner & was able to disable & delete those components from the start-up.
