Illegal operation error

    I was trying to install Sparkling Ice Show and I received this error message. This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. DETAILS Iceskating caused an invalid page fault in module D3D8.DLL at 0197:01b69d73. Can anyone help me? Thanks to you all in advance.:confused:
