IE55 Connection Settings

    Can antone please help?
    Every time I restart my PC, my IE connection settings ALWAY change to "never dial a connection" from "alway dial default ".
    I have tried disabling all virus software running, and scanning for spyware etc with Ad-Aware, all to no avail.

    Can anyone help me sort this out as its been bugging me for a long time.
