IE toolbar & bookmarks

I had to had to have my computer reset & am having problems setting everything back.
How do I get the toolbar with the search window on. The bar I'm refering to has my own personal links too under "MORE" with the words custimize this toolbar. I can't find it now.
Also how do I get the favorites to go to the bottom of the list & not in alphabetical order? I'm sure I'll find more problems as I go along

 

Right click a blank area of the toolbar, put a check next to links. May need to drag the bar down. Move mouse to breakline between window and toolbar. Cursor will change to double ended pointer. Left click and hold, then drag. If this isn't what you're looking for, maybe the Explorer bar? Click view> explorer bar and pick one.

You can left click and hold then drag favorites into any order you like. Right click and sort by name re-alphabetizes them.
