IE Homepage POPUP hell!!

Hi MarkHibbert27. Welcome to Windowsbbs! Try these suggesstions:

1. Try Starting Internet Explorer in no addons mode. Click Start< All Programs< Accessories< System Tools< Internet Explorer (No Addons). If that resolves your problem then go into Tools< Manage Addons and re-enable each addon one by one until you find the culprit addon thats causing the problem.
2. Also clear all your Temporary Internet Files. Click Start< Control Panel< Security Center< Internet Options. When the Internet Options window opens click the button that says delete browsing history. Click delete all.
3. If those 2 options don't resolve your problem then restart your computer. Press F8 on startup to access the advanced boot menu screen. Choose Safe Mode with Networking and allow the computer to boot up. See if Internet Explorer works in Safe Mode or if it keeps opening nonstop windows over and over again.
