    Hello all,

    I have the following problem:
When I'm browsing the internet and click on a link refering to a javascript nothing happens.
    Example is http://zone.msn.com/bejeweled
There is a button "play now" which activates a javascript or at least should do that.
I've tried most suggestions from microsoft but nothing worked.

My OS is Windows2000 with IE 6 with SP1
I use Norton Antivirus and Firewall but I tried the same site with these disabled but no succes.
Windows Update has no updates for me now so I should be up to date.

I think it has to do with a selection in Windows or IE but I've tried them all with no result.

    Who can help me?

    Richard

    Hi Richard
It didn't work for me either until I clicked on the
    play a quick game http://zone.msn.com/task/task_tskqg.asp
    then on http://zone.msn.com/hub_puzzlegames.asp

whick goes right back to bejeweled http://zone.msn.com/bejeweled
    http://zone.msn.com/bejeweled/default.asp?TAd=1

    play now (again)
    javascript:OpenWindow('spGame_newWin.asp?id=default','customcrippledwin','Bejeweled','700','558')

which finally opens a popup with the game
I don't understand why this worked since it was the same javascript link as in the beginning,, may have something to do with third party cookies to so if all else fail allow them.

So any popup or script protection on turn it off beforehand
I think Norton has some sort of (email)script protection , temporally disable it, in other words don't just turn off the programs disable the particular protection .

I hope this helped if not let us know
