IE 6 Download Problem

    I recently switched from dial-up to high-speed. When I changed over, I upgraded to IE6 with all of the available upgrades. My operating system is Windows ME.

    Other than the Windows and IE upgrades, I cannot download anything. When I click on the link to download, after a short wait, I receive a blank page with an image icon in the top left corner. I do not get the usual download window at all.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?
