    Hi,

    I don't have enough knowledge about computer or any software..
    I just want to know how to read or to the HWMonitor

    There seems to be something wrong either with your power supply or with the sensors.

    +12 V, -12 V & -5 V readings are out by a big margin.

    Are you experiencing any problems ?

    its randomly restart ..

    can you teach me sir how to understand ... or to use hwmonitor

    what is the normal volts in +12 -12 and 15V

    The normal volts would be +12 V, -12 V & -5 V :rolleyes:

    I suggest that you replace your power supply aka SMPS.
