How secure is VPN?

    Hi!

    I have a server with windows xp on it.

    I'm connecting to this server through vpn and i'm planning to send a lot of sensetive material to and from the server. Is it possible for anyone to see what i'm sending?

    What server software? XP is not a server operating system, but aditional server software can be installed. The system can be secured and VPN will be secure.

    I'm using windows xp's built in vpn.
    So nobody can see what kind of files i'm sending?

    Nobody will see the files transferred via VPN. I was not aware that XP had built in VPN?
