I do PC and system upgrade to win XP. I want save Outlook account settings, as well as Outlook Express settings from old PC , that then just copy this settings on the new machine, for more convenience. How I can do this, in detail?

    thanks,
    kenton

Your best best is to use OE Backup. It makes backing up all of OE's data relatively painless.

I am not sure that is the best solution install full program 2.9MB to do this work. I meant, probably there is some step by step operations which can achive this result withot installing additional software?

In a link, I provided, you'll find step, by step instructions for BOTH, Outlook, and Outlook Express.
