hotfix that fails verification

I run Belarc Advisor 7.01
and it gave me this info but it didn't tell me what hot fix to download can someone help.

Marks a hotfix that verifies correctly
Marks a hotfix that fails verification (note that failing hotfixes need to be reinstalled)
Unmarked hotfixes lack the data to allow verification

 

Bob, I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago. The BELARC System Security Status indicated that I had a Microsoft Security Update missing and in the listing of Missing Microsoft Security Hotfixes identified Q815495. When I visit the Microsoft update site I get the message that there are no updates available.

I sent BELARC support an e-mail outlining what I had encountered and they promptly responded back and asked me to send the file to them so they could take a look at it. Not bad response action on a piece of free software. Haven't heard back on my specific problem but you might want to contact them. When I get a response, I will drop another post in here.

You have probably forgotten about this one but I did get a final response from Belarc today and I have pasted it in below. I haven't run the update yet but plan to later. If you are still having a problem, perhaps this will help answer it.
