Hijacked HOTMAIL ACCOUNT

    I am extremely frustrated as I have had my hotmail account hijacked and my password does not work anymore. My alternate e-mail does not function and my personal security questions have been changed. Bottom line is I'm locked out with no way of getting back in.
    THE FRUSTRATION IS HOW THE HECK DO YOU SPEAK TO ANYONE AT HOTMAIL.
    I have tried looking everywhere and I cannot find who or where to go.
    PLease can someone advise before I send massive abuse to Microsoft Headquarters. BILL GATES *****!!!!
