    I see no obvious problems in your HJT log and rather doubt that malware is the cause of your problem outlined in the other thread.

    Hi, HJT experts. :)

    We have been trying for days to nail down an issue Kittie Cat is having with her computer. Here's a link to that thread.

    I am running out of ideas of things to try so I took another look at her HJT log above and found some interesting information about
    O2 - BHO: Burn4Free Toolbar Helper - {60BF5EE3-0105-4858-AD98-17C19F86B042} - C:\Program Files\Burn4Free Toolbar\v3.1.0.0\Burn4Free_Toolbar.dll
    O3 - Toolbar: Burn4Free Toolbar - {55FAF0F2-44D4-425F-B5F5-6B275B621EAB} - C:\Program Files\Burn4Free Toolbar\v3.1.0.0\Burn4Free_Toolbar.dll

    Here's what I found:

    CastleCops Database info about Burn4Free_Toolbar.dll with a link to Sophos details about Burn4Free_Toolbar.dll

    There may be other indications of malware/adware in Kittie Cat's HJT log. I'll leave it to your trained eyes to pick 'em out. :)

    Experts, how should Kittie Cat proceed in removing this PUS?

    Any other ideas about how to get her machine back to normal?

    Okie dokie!

    I mentioned this in another post... this was installed AFTER this started happening...

    It happened EXACTLY when I tried to right-click to save an image online and it zapped me, I tried again and it zapped me (loud buzz, "do not right-click save ") and shut my browser... from that point on... haven't been able to right-click anything. :(

    I'll Uninstall though. :)
