    Is it possible to hide the desktop icons for My Computer and Recycle Bin? We have set up a system with 2 levels of users and don't want those signing on as "Guest" and to have access to these features.

    I am thinking that what you want to do is prevent changes to the Control Panel. Login as Guest, go to Start\Run type in Regedit. Go to this key;
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\System
    In the right pane, create these DWORD Values
    NoDispCPL
    NoSecCPL
    NoPwdPage
    NoProfilePage
    NoDevMgrPage
    NoConfigPage

    Then do this one;
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\Explorer
    NoSaveSettings
    NoFolderOptions
    NoSetFolders
    NoFileMenu

    When created, right click on them and select Modify, then put in a 1 for each one.

    This will disable the Control Panel, the Passwords in Control Panel, the Change Passwords, User Profiles, Device Manager, File System Button, Virtual Memory button, disable the Folder Options, File menu, and retain the settings as they are.
    Or, you can get Tweaking Toolbox for Windows, and it will be click here and click there.
