I just happened to stumble on your website, and a lot of great information. I am 55yrs old, new to computers, work at my job for 30years. I am fairly new to the computer world, especially when it comes to fixing my messups. I somehow deleted my Windows Media Player, do not ask me how I did this, but now I am trying to download it from Microsoft and it keeps telling me my Windows are not Genuine. I had a friend who is very good with computers update to Windows XP 2003 about 2 years ago and I know he had to input the COA product code to update. I tried to input the COA code from my tower, but keeps telling me incorrect. All I want to do is find the product key so I can try and fix. Not sure where to get the informtion on my computer. Please be patient with me, and looking forward in learinng all I can from you all. THanks old yellar from Texas
