Help!!!

    here is my problem...when i switch on the computer windows does not load totally. i see my desktop but i can't click on anything and when i point at the tool bar the "hour glass" waiting icon comes on. It sticks right at that point and refuses to do anything else.

    Sound like something is not loading completely. You might do a system file check, "sfc /scannow" without the quotes, in RUN to see if you have corrupt files.

    You'll probably need your setup disk (Windows XP) to complete the scan. If there are bad files, the check should replace them. If that doesn't work, maybe some of the more learned people on the forum will have the answer.
