I have somone's computer. And they have loaded W2k Professional, but they were originally running W98. Instead of upgrading, they added another Operating System. The memory is very low on the system. Most of the programs files are not showing up. How do I delete Win98 without screwing this up.

If you mean RAM when you say 'memory', removing 98 won't help since it isn't active while 2K is running. But 2K does need more RAM than 98 so they may have to get additional memory for it to behave.

If you mean Hd space, then it's dead easy. Just locate the 'windows' folder where 98 is loaded and while 2K is running, delete the folder.
