   my vista resolution is 1280x800. any wallpaper i try to get with this setting always comes out blurry. what am i doing wrong and how do i fix it. remember i am somewhat of a novice. thanks

   Well, the picture, you're trying to set as a wallpaper must have pretty similar size. If it's smaller, it'll be blurry.
