Could somebody take a look at this log. The laptop is running very slow. Is there anything that I can delete to improve the performance?

    Thanks

Your HJT log is clean to my eye - no problems there.

How much RAM is installed on the laptop? How much free space on the hard drive?

Suggest you clean out all the temporary files .....

Start > Run > type in %temp% > OK - your User temp folder opens - all files and folders are safe to delete. A couple of files will be in use and cannot be deleted.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Temp and do the same - same proviso re. files in use

Clear out your Temporary Internet Files.

    Hello rosel,

Aside from how much RAM you have - should have at least 512MB:

You have Trend's security suite running which is a heavy resource using set of programs.

Along with that, you have MS's Anti-Spyware running realtime. Again a heavy resource user. I would suggest that you use MS AS as on demand scanner and see if that improves the Laptop's performance.

    Regards - Charles
