Hello folks,

Im having trouble with installing programs. everytime i try to install a new program...it keeps comming up with the same error. i keep getting an error message.

it says

Error <Common Administrative Tools>. All Users\.

does anyone here know how to correct this ?

Thanks so much paul. i think that did the trick. all is operational now. but i do get this message when my computer first starts up.

Unhandled Exception : c0000005
At address : 100016b8

does anyone here know how to correct this ?
