Help Documents not functioning

Hi all,
A long while back I somehow disabled windows help documents (yeah I know, I know) - the program that enables the help document function available in many windows and allows you to search via index / contents / search. Now when I need it most, I can't recall how to turn it back on! I *can* actually access the contents section of the program which displays on my screen fine, but when I click 'display' on a selected item it doesn't actually display the help portion of the window.
I know it's my fault for turning it off, I just can't remember how to turn it back on. I think it may have been through the registry or such. I've tried Googling, and searched the forums here, but no luck. Can anybody help?

Can you find the instructions you followed to remove it? Reverse them.
