Hello from Missouri

Greetings from chilly Missouri.
Been a dabbler in things computer for almost 30 years - since the engineering firm I worked for bought one of the first PCs (two 5.25 floppies, no hard drive ) on the market. Built and repaired a bunch of machines over the years, but still wouldn't consider myself anything above intermediate because my software and networking knowledge is... em... less than stellar.

Just finished repairing an old IBM for a fellow and put Windows 95 on it for him, at his request. It had been so long I wasn't sure I'd remember how;hence, my first visit here. What a great place to find!
