    Hi; my name is Leroy. I consider myself as a novice computer person. I acquired an Associate Degree in computer network support in 2005, and a Certificate in COMTIA A+ Hardware/Software but I'm still trying to learn. The more I work with computers, the more new challenges I run into. Hopefully I can learn a lot from some of you. Thank you in advance.
