Hello everyone

Hello - my name is Linda. I live in PA. I work for a drug and alcohol rehab center and am an intermediate computer user. I experiment with many dowloads to fix an error in my computer. Sometimes it is the wrong download and I then have to uninstall that download and wipe out the leftovers from that download. But,usually the downloads I have used have been a great help as well as forums such as these. I am hoping this forum can help me with any more problems I may incur and, perhaps, I can offer a solution through a download I have used..
