already tried these Options as well but it doesn't work either there is something so wearied about hole this problem - why everything works properly and so good at windows seven although this issue bother me with windows xp only ?!

It should be mentioned I used the same software of security , media , etc so how is that even possible, even the last resort I have - "Upgrading BIOS" doesn't make any sense to me rather upgrading BIOS isn't safe at all.

    Thanks Matt.

    A couple of questions.

Why can't you change the RAM?
Why are you changing the Thermal Compound every couple of month?

I also, would wonder why you change the compound so frequently.

I take it "...broke" means lack of funds :( It may be running on a set of "base" RAM.

Memo5200, if you are reasonably certain RAM is the cause, please mark your thread Resolved, it is in the Thread Tools of this page.

First - as I mentioned I am BROK "There is no money to buy new one "
Sec - I need to change da compound because I work in hot environment
which effect badly in hardware performance

Ya certain RAM cause the issue but without any rational reason it works fine unless I tried to run graphical software "Games "

Fair enough, I misinterpreted your post. Apologies.

I don't know who told you that, my advice is to stop listening to them.

I agree that you shouldn't need to change it. If you read about the compounds, they "cure" over weeks or months and the thermal transfer gets better, not worse.
