Hi guys this is what I have currently installed on my computer

    Drive #1 - SAMSUNG SP2514N (232 GB) This is identified as C
    Drive #2 - WDC WD800BB-00JHA0 (74 GB) This is identified as E

    CPU #0 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3600+, 1908 MHz
    CPU #1 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3600+, 1908 MHz

Drive #1 is an IDE ATA.(used as the system drive)
Drive #2 is an IDE ATA setup on a SATA to IDE ATA converter.(nothing on it-Empty)

Everything is seen by the computer, there are no conflicts and no problems.

I want to use Drive #2 as my system drive and keep #1 as storage for game, movies etc.

How do I go about this bearing in mind the following:-

C Drive: Documents and settings 18.8gb
    Program files 43gb
    Window folder 1.45gb.
Assorted other folders Nvidia settting,Netgear Backup drivers etc etc.

I have Acronis installed so can easily copy across. But what is the best way and what should I take across.

    Thanks in anticipation

Guessing that the WDC drive is empty....Acronis doesn't like to clone to smaller drivers but you could try it and see what happens.

When done, make the WDC master and boot it up....Shut down and hook up the other drive as slave and reformat it...
