Greetings from NM

Hi,
I'm a retired Chemistry professor who started working with mainframe computers in 1972, just programming in FORTRAN routines that I needed for teaching and research. I got my first IBM personal computer in 1981. As Windows gets more complicated and internet threats multiply, it's clear to me that if I'm not willing to get a degree in Computer Science, I'd better join a BBS like this one to get me out of trouble.
