Since I work in Greece, whenever I install Win2K on a new machine, I set the "Regional Settings" to Greek so the user can view both the Greek and English character sets. However, when the user receives Outlook Express e-mails, the Greek characters come in as "gobbly-gook!!" Any ideas?

Open Internet Explorer. Go to any website. Click View > Encoding > More > select one of the Greek options. See if Windows prompts to install a language pack.
