Google Earth? Spyware???

I ran a scan with CounterSpy yesterday and low and behold it discovered a keylogger placed on my box by the beta program Google Earth. AB System keylogger us a commercial keylogger and was rated as very serious. Any information would be appreciated. I don't want to dump the program but I also don't wish to compromise my security. Thanks.
