    Hello all. I am in the Telecomm area at work but often have to help with PC issues at home. Aunts, grands, cousins etc;, all call me. I do OK with the basic stuff but sometimes need help when trying to resolve more complicated issues. I understand very well when something is beyond me and am willing to reach out to the more experienced PC user when necessary so, thanks for being here.
