Forward DNS Problem

    I have a stand alone AD server with DNS and ISA running on it. now the server was configured with IP address 192.168.1.200 and for some reason 192.168.1.199 from one reason. after that i dont have any DNS entries in forward lookup zone. and my event viewer shwos a warning event id 7062.

    I have done all what microsoft stated but had no luck.
