Format not working

    Following is a copy of an email I just received from a friend. Does anyone have any ideas to correct this?

    "I can not add colored stationery to my e mails like I was doing... I also can not change color of font... OK what am I doing wrong? p c works well and fast but those items are no longer working for me...

    usually I just clicked format and then clicked stationery... no good anymore.. "

    They need to make sure the Format is set to Rich Text(HTML) to get the other format options.

    I went to his house and everything is set up properly. He was running Incredimail, but has since uninstalled it, he had some problems doing that though. I just wonder if it might be a good idea to uninstall and reinstall OE?

    No can do - it's an integral part of IE.

    Try re-registering OE and it's library files as detailed in An Outlook Express basic repair kit.

    Note that the command regsvr32 msjava.dll will probably throw up an error as it is unlikely that msjava is installed.
