forgot log on password

    I changed computers 2 yrs ago. Saved the older one for when my kids where old enough to use. I set it up and it has asked for my user password to log on to the system (Windows xp start up). I can not log on because after 2 yrs i have forgotton the password I used. What are my options??? Please help......

    I would re-install XP. Whatever is on the box is 2yrs old anyhow.
