flash program

    Hi,
    I was trying to help a friend with using Macromedia's Flash program. I get errors when I try to access saying flash.ocx can't be accessed. Long story short, I uninstalled all referencecs to flash and reinstalled and it is still unusable. I checked the browser and that seems to be okay. obviously something isn't working properly. I can help rebuild her system, but it seems like there should be a way to fix this.

    I did look at Macromedia's site before posting here and followed all the directions I could that looked relevant as far as unintalling and reinstalling flash and checking the browser.

    any ideas??? I'm stumped!
