Windows Vista Flash Drives

    Why is it sometimes when I view files on a flash drive,I get slow response or Windows not responding?I was having this problem on occasion with my Windows Explorer folders,but I've also noticed it with flash drives.

    Look for the flash drive in Device Manager and make sure the Power Management is disabled.

    I did not know about this setting;thanx so much.I think this will do the trick!
