firewall and ME

    I'm trying to help someone with Windows ME. Is there a firewall in Windows ME? If so, how do I disable it?

    His problem is that the last few days he has not been able to access secure web sites. He was before then. I have a list of suggestions to try. The first is to disable firewalls and I don't remember how to check if one is enabled.

    Me does not have a built in firewall - that started with XP.
