Temporary Internet Files still lists large content after clearing out/restart. In My Computer, the 'expand' option is greyed-out, can't show the contents, listed as hundreds. As 'administrator', this shouldn't be the case. Any suggestions? (Show ALL files selected)

Within internet explorer click "tools/internet options then in "temporary internet files" click settings button. Now click the "View" button. from here you should be able to edit things:)
